I had to pick up my husband from Vilseck today. I got up around 0700 and hit the Autobahn around 1000. Usually it is a three hour drive but because of thunderstorms and lots and lots of rain I had to slow down and got there by 1600. Yeah, that is how long it took me to get there.
I've tried to call my husband for two frickin days and couldn't reach him. Guess what, he locked himself out of the cellphone and didn't have the PUK. I was worried I wouldn't find him. It's the third time I've been on post in Vilseck so I am not very familiar with the place. So I simply went to the Kristal Inn and checked the lobby where he was already waiting for me.
Than we went to the food court, ate something, relaxed a little and went back on the Autobahn. Thank god we haven't had any rain on the way back.... we've just made it back and I am going to bed now... :)
