Yesterday I had a phone interview for a job in Watertown. It would have been at an entry level and 800 dollars bi-weekly. Granted, it's not much but definitely better than nothing or working at McDonalds. I think it's not that bad as a second income and would have helped us a lot. Especially paying for all the gas that I burn in order to train the dogs.
Anyhow, the guy just asked "Do you have a car?" and I answered "Yes, I have a car." and the he just invited me to come in THE VERY SAME DAY when my husband blurred in the background "You can't have the car today because I have to go to the hospital to get an appointment, he has to give you another day..."
So much for the Job Interview. Thank you honey... I still love you... when I don't want to strangle you... :) :) :)
I did not drive my husband to work this morning. He was like "Are you coming...?" and I was like "Naaah...it's good, take the car I don't need it today." and around noon I get a call that he slid into a parked car on the parking lot while he was backing out and while the other car has just a scratch our car got it pretty bad. On top of that somebody else hit into our car later on and simply ran from the szene.

Just great. So it's damaged in the front and the back. The insurance company said that it's two different claims and if we have bad luck we might be ending up paying both of them because of the deductible. The deductible is 500. If both is just below the 500 Dollar we have almost thousand dollars worth of damage to pay. Juuuust great. On top of that my husbands Unit wants us to get the breaks inspected. The car was inspected not even three weeks ago. I had it done myself and the breaks are just fine. I doubt there is anything wrong with them. With the weather conditions and everything he probably slid on black ice into the car. However it makes sense to get it checked, just to be on the safe side. And hopefully it won't cost us an arm and a leg to get it all fixed.
On a brighter note. Judge is such a joy. If it wasn't for him I would be in a very bad mood today. When I took a shower he curled up in the laundry-basket. I don't know what it is with him but he likes sleeping in storage boxes or laundry-baskets. Of course he had to curl up in the clean laundry basket... it wouldn't be any fun if it wasn't the clean stuff. :)

I'm sorry you are having a hard time! I can understand you wanting to strangle your husband for ruining your interview. As hard as jobs are to come by, that would be really hard for me to get over too. Good luck with your insurance company. I hope they cover more of the damage than you are expecting.
Oh that stinks! Bad things come in threes -you should be good now! :)
Yeah, hopefully we'll be good now :)
Let's see how things go from here, stuff happens, I guess.
test test test is it possible for me again to comment on your blog? :D I certainly hope so!
Sorry for having a rough time but I'll also go with "it comes in threes" so look forward to the good things that simply must be about to happen :)
stay positive!
