I do not consider myself a weak person but this is going beyond everything I have ever seen in my life and it reminds me why I prefer the company of my dogs!
That girl can't be older than 14 or 15 years old and that's what makes it so cruel and disgusting.
She is standing at a river(link), a bucket full of new born living puppies next to her and she is tossing them one by one into the river.
I don't know what is wrong with that girl but she seriously needs help and I hope the legal system is getting ahold of her and she pays for what she's done!

OH MY GOSH!!!!! really? I don't even know what to say.. i hope she gets hers! Karma is horrible!
I don't know what to say either. How can a kid be so cold and heartless to throw newborn pups into the river and how can the other person stand there filming the whole thing and then put it on the internet. Both people need help.
