Problem Solved

Indra is crazy about toys. Doesn't matter if it is the tug, ball or kong, once she got a hold of it she was gone. Well not really gone, she ran around me, in wide circles and didn't want to give it back. Instead she wanted me to chase her.
It got so bad that it took me ten minutes to get her back on the leash and to me that is unacceptable, especially since I am always preaching how important the re-call is or how important it is that they listen. So we've increased the training and here are the results.

Not bad for a 7 month old puppy, huh?

You'll get there Kaylee, you'll get there. I have one big advantage, I grew up with dog handling since my parents were into it big time. It's in the blood. Just keep working with the clicker and the smallest results are a big step towards everything you want in your dog.

I let her go down into Platz everytime I feed her. Before she gets the food she has to go down. Then I set it down and let her do the eyecontact and then she gets released. :)

Thank you Detlef, she's learning quickly and easily new things, the only problem I have is with the apportieren. I've never taught that to a dog and I can't seem to make her hold anything for longer than two seconds. She is carrying stuff around. That is not the issue but actually sitting and holding that is a problem. Hopefully I can solve that too.
