We are not doing any real heeling yet. Right now it's Sit, Down and Stand and before we started that, we've done crate games (still doing it), which is a fantastic way to teach a dog impulse control. Especially with a highly driven dog like her impulse control is important.
Anyhow, no more handsignals for down, just the command itself. She does need a little help to get back into the sit from the down and we are still working on the stand.
She's a little energizer bunny as you can see. Don't mind my house. I might just move the table and the chairs into the garage to have more room to work the doggies... who needs a table and chairs anyways? LOL
Anyhow, it's nothing spectacular yet.
