Yep, we bought a new car. We actually need a new car because the one we have right now (VW Golf 3) doesn't even have AC and it is so hot over here that it is nearly impossible to use the car without melting. We have no shadowy parking spots at all so when ever we have to use the car it's worse than a sauna and you can't touch anything because you'll burn your fingers. So we decided to go for the Jeep Compass. The car dealer did everything to sell us the Dodge Caliber but the Caliber is to small for my needs.
This will be the first time in my life that I own a different brand other than VW Golf hahaha and you know what, I can't wait to finally pick up the Jeep in Mannheim. Especially since it will make life so much easier with Yukon. I don't have to worry about him being in the trunk anymore. We have AC and he won't be already exhausted when we get to the Dog Club.
If things work out we can pick it up next Friday. WOHOO!!! I CAN'T WAIT!!!

We also have a Jeep but the Patriot. Jeep is a pretty good car especially since they offer a lifetime warranty so you picked a good car!
WOW just recently there was a documentary on the TV saying that even when its only 15 degrees outside the cars can heat up enough to kill dogs inside it, because the proteins in their bodies clump together so quick.

Thank you everybody. It'll take 5 days to clear customes, since we have to wait for the signature of an E7 we can turn the papers in on monday and get the car next tuesday.
@Vivienne: that was the main reason I wanted a new car. I always fear Yukon could die inside the Golf and that would be my worst nightmare. So I really don't want to drive him in that car anymore. So I rather wait till we have the new car until I go back to the training.
